Parkes BPO is a business process outsourcing company in Cebu City, Philippines. Our employees perform accounting and bookkeeping, digital marketing, data entry, and virtual administrative support services to clients in Australia and New Zealand. The move to a bigger office space is in line with the company’s growth initiative as we plan to get on board additional clients and, consequently, more employees, in the new year.
In the past year and a half, Parkes’ employee count grew doubled as we added one major account to our roster of clients. “As part of our strategic growth initiative, we moved to a bigger office to improve teamwork and increase efficiency, with cost-saving goals for our clients in mind,” Levis added.
Parkes BPO anticipates more companies in the ANZ region to outsource in Cebu given the favorable economic conditions coupled with a top-notch talent pool. With this move, we are strengthening our presence in the Cebu outsourcing community.
